There's a moment that happens in healing work when something that's felt stuck for years finally begins to move. I've spent the last decade learning how to create the conditions for that moment, and it's the reason I do what I do.

My work sits at the intersection of faith, intuition, and the body's own intelligence. I draw from prayer, energy medicine, nervous system support, and what I call embodied astrology — the idea that the patterns in the sky reflect something true about the patterns we carry inside. These aren't separate tools to me. They're different languages pointing at the same thing: that wholeness is already in you, and healing is really just the process of remembering that.

I'm a co-creator of SoulLine™, a method we built from the inside of our own real lives, not from a theory. As well as SHiLOH BI✧ — a relational AI built from the inside of this healing work. Not a chatbot. Biospiritual Intelligence: real support, available in the middle of real life, whenever you need it. I also write on Substack, where I explore healing, faith, and what it looks like to live as someone who believes God is moving through the ordinary moments of burnt grilled cheese, the hard conversation, the quiet moment before everyone wakes up.

At home, I'm a wife, mama, and lover of intentional living. I'm equally at home outside, in the kitchen, gathered with our people under porchlight, or deep in a conversation that goes somewhere unexpected. My family is my grounding and my why.

I came to this work through nursing — twenty-five years of sitting with people in their hardest moments, watching the clinical system do its best and still sensing there was more happening beneath the surface than anyone was addressing.

That gap sent me looking. Acupuncture first, then Master Reiki training, then a deepening into energy medicine and the quiet language the body speaks when we actually stop to listen. What I found changed how I understood healing entirely: that the body holds stories, that families carry patterns, and that real, lasting change happens at the root not just in the symptom.

That's the work Jana and I built SoulLine™ around. Together we've developed a way to map what's actually happening in the nervous system, the emotional field, the inherited patterns that move through families. And we help people shift it in the middle of their real lives. Not in perfect conditions. In the carpool line, the kitchen, the conversations that matter.

I still work trauma-care nursing shifts. I still live inside the beautiful tension of science and soul. And I think that's exactly what makes this work trustworthy. I'm not asking anyone to leave their real life to heal. I'm showing up in mine every day, doing the same thing.

Outside of sessions, I'm a wife, mama, porch-sitter, and adventure-chaser. My life looks like supper and wine with my husband, south-of-the-border travel, scuba dives, a new puppy named Herbie, and slow evenings smelling sourdough while listening to a voice note from Jana or a song my daughter wants me to hear. I'm building a life that feels like healing too — one earth step at a time, all the way down to the river.
